Decepticon warrior Overcharge is Swindle's #1 customer. Unfortunately for the arms dealer, Overcharge is also his #1 competitor. In his mad dash to get the latest tech and upgrades, Overcharge rarely takes the time to actually appreciate his findings, choosing instead to resell them to any bot willing to pay his exorbitant prices for hard-to-get items.

Bit of a departure from his G1 self. The original Overcharge ([link]) was an e-hobby repaint of G1 Blitzwing. I decided that a name like Overcharge would be much better suited to a robot scalper. And what better vehicle for a robot scalper to turn into than his very own creepy van (with fabric sunroof).
